Pipeline Overview

“"Fibrosis and eventual organ failure is a common feature of most chronic inflammatory diseases in many organs, including the liver, lungs, heart, and kidneys. Currently there are no therapies directed at fibrosis. A therapy directed specifically at fibrosis would be a medical breakthrough and be used to treat a wide variety of common diseases."

Promedior is conducting leading edge research to identify and develop novel drugs for the treatment and prevention of fibrotic pathology.  Our approach is to target specific cell populations that are involved in propagation of fibrosis and to promote those specific cell populations that amplify resolution of disease.  In addition to our internal drug discovery efforts, we have a very active collaboration and extramural research program.  If you are conducting novel research in the areas of innate immune system regulation of fibrotic processes or myofibroblast biology, we encourage you to contact us with potential licensing and collaboration opportunities.
